Here is the front of the mini, outside of the pocket.
All of the embellishments - other than the heart charm, staples and tape are
from Authentique's "original" line. I love these stickers that look like labels!
I was thinking this would be a cute gift,
but now I think I need to keep it! LOL!
Just added a few pictures of the kids!
Aren't those matching stickers cute?
I also did this layout with the same collection...

If you are new to my blog I do giveaways every 10th and 20th of the month! I am also going to give away 2 rolls of Love My Tape to one lucky person who comments and follows my blog! (I will announce Thursday!)
get to see the detail up close! Closer than your naked eye!
(ATC's are actually 2.5 x 3.5 inches in real life!)
I used the same techniques on all three ATC's.
The back ground:
I started with acrylic ATC's (Clear Scraps) and put a little gesso in the middle.
To get the textured look I took two cards at a time and sandwiched them
together (gesso in the middle) when I pulled them apart and allowed
them to dry I got that variegated look! Once dry I used a dry sponge and
Gelatos™ in the Blue Collection - Cotton Candy & Blueberry.
I drew in the dried gesso wiht the Gelatos™ and rubbed them in with
the dry sponges.
*This is the "fairy blowing a kiss" stamp.
Behing the ATC's I used the same dry spong technique with Gelatos™
and added a little iridescent medium. I embellished the ATC's with stars, tiny words, doodling and pigment ink. The stars stamp is also from 100 Proof Press.
*"Magic stars" stamp
For the Fairies:
I stamped my fairies on watercolor paper with a
Stamper’s Big Brush Pen in black.
I got the skin color by watering
down an orangeArt GRIP® Aquarelle Watercolor Pencil.
I filled in the wings and dresses with
PITT® Artist Pens from the Blue and the Green collections.
I cut them out, ran the Stamper’s Big Brush Pen
along the edges and adhered them to the ATC's.
* "Birdie ride" stamp

Oh my goodness! I do not like going this long without posting! But going to Cali for the weekend and the time change has truly worn me out! For the first time in my life I can tell you I was creating and actually falling asleep at my desk! :0!
I was doing demos this weekend with Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft®
products in The Rubber Cafe booth at Scrapbook Expo in Ontario.
I got to meet Brittny Kvilhaug who did a guest spot for Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft® a few months back and she is just as cute and bubbly in person as she is online!
I should have got a picture but I didn't ! LOL!
I only took one picture...
because this ram scared me in the lobby when I walked into the hotel! LOL! I mean seriously I almost walked into it because I wasn't paying attention
and call me crazy - he looks a little scary to me.
(and there are two of themright by the doors!)
So I took the picture and sent it to my
oldest daughter because I thought it was funny - our family has
this on going joke about goats/rams...but I digress...
It was a really nice hotel except for the menacing Rams by the door!
