cool new stuff right? So Clear Scraps has introduced stencil!
Just one of MANY new releases at Clear Scraps!
Called Mascils (stencils/masks) lots of different styles- two of which you
see here on this chipboard "Home Sweet Home" banner.
(Also from Clear Scraps!)
I used gel medium on top of the stencils, lifted the stencils and allowed them to dry.
(You can mix gel medium with paint but at the time I didn't know which color
I was going to use so I added color after it was dry.)
Then I added blue and green Gelatos with a wet paint brush
and of top of that some gold perfect pearls powder.
(The ribbons were dyed with Gelatos & water as well.)
